The global agency "Standard & Poor's Global Commodity Insights" has revealed that over 8 million barrels of Iraqi crude oil have been drawn from tankers in the sea and are awaiting shipment. This comes at a time when the process of returning more than 100 million barrels of crude oil and oil products is underway.
