Masoud Pzîşkyan, the President of Iran, stated during a meeting with Sergey Lavrov, the Russian Foreign Minister, that there are no fundamental issues with the neighboring countries and that they are ready to engage in dialogue and establish a unified regional mechanism. Pzîşkyan attributed the main reason for the recent tensions to Washington's provocations.
